QuEChERS-HPLC测定郫县豆瓣酱中真菌毒素污染的研究Study on the Determination of Mycotoxin Contamination in Pixian Broad Bean Paste by QuEChERS-HPLC

摘要(Abstract):
建立了QuEChERS-高效液相色谱法测定郫县豆瓣酱中黄曲霉毒素B_1、黄曲霉毒素B_2、黄曲霉毒素G_1、黄曲霉毒素G_2和赭曲霉毒素A的快速检测方法。样品经乙腈-水(84∶16)和乙腈-水-冰乙酸(84∶15∶1)提取,分别得到黄曲霉毒素和赭曲霉毒素提取液,提取液加入QuEChERS盐包振摇离心,取上清液加入吸附剂净化处理,净化液分别经衍生或复溶后,进高效液相色谱仪分析,豆瓣酱基质匹配的真菌毒素标准曲线定量。5种真菌毒素在质量浓度范围内均呈良好线性关系,决定系数R~2>0.99,3个水平的加标实验回收率在74.26%~112.92%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.3%~7.2%,检出限为0.01~0.16μg/kg,定量限为0.03~0.53μg/kg。QuEChERS-HPLC具有简单、高效、经济和准确度高等优点,适用于郫县豆瓣酱中真菌毒素的快速定量分析。
