罗勒精油抑菌活性研究进展Research Progress of Antibacterial Activity of Essential Oil from Basil

摘要(Abstract):
针对植物精油具有广谱的抑菌活性,通过总结罗勒精油国内外文献报道中抑菌活性的研究概况,阐述了具有抑菌活性的罗勒精油作为保鲜剂在食品领域中的应用。另外,根据植物精油的抑菌特性,对农用精油杀菌剂进一步研究提出了一点建议。
