酵母与营养型酵母调味品

摘要(Abstract):
本文论述了酵母商品的属性,生产与应用,及其开发前景。当前世界上工业规模生产的醇母商品有活性酵母、非活性酵母及酵母衍生品。这些酵母商品广泛应用于酿造食品、酒精饮料、焙烤食品、调味品制造与高级饲料。由于富含蛋白质和维生素,是人类理理的天然营养增补食品。
