原生态红糖的体外抗氧化性研究进展Research Progress of Antioxidant Activity of Raw Brown Sugar in Vitro

摘要(Abstract):
原生态红糖含有多种酚类化合物、类黄酮等物质,具有抗氧化性,因此对机体具有潜在的益处。文章综述了原生态红糖的营养成分、抗氧化性成分、机理及体外抗氧化活性评价的研究进展,旨在为原生态红糖酚类物质的开发及应用提供一定的参考依据。
