超高效液相色谱法测定酱油中黄曲霉毒素B1,B2,G1,G2的含量Determination of Aflatoxin B1,B2,G1 and G2 in Soy Sauce by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要(Abstract):
研究采用超高效液相色谱仪,配有FLR检测器,采用MycoSep 226多功能净化柱对酱油中的黄曲霉毒素B_1,B_2,G_1,G_2进行测定,得到回收率在83%~105%之间,最小检出限为0.25μg/kg,相关系数均为0.999以上,RSD为2.2%~6.9%,净化效果好。该方法快速、简单、定量准确,能够广泛应用于日常检测工作中。
