纳豆激酶最新研究进展New research progress in nattokinase

摘要(Abstract):
纳豆激酶来源于日本的传统食品——纳豆,是一种具有强烈溶栓作用的蛋白激酶。对纳豆激酶的结构和生化特性进行了论述,并且通过介绍纳豆激酶基因工程和国内外纳豆激酶相关产品的开发状况,证明纳豆激酶具有广阔的市场应用前景。
