香辛料中微生物的污染情况及控制方法的研究进展Research Progress on Microbial Contamination Situations in Spices and Control Methods

摘要(Abstract):
对国内外香辛料微生物的污染情况、污染途径和控制方法进行了综述分析,根据我国香辛料微生物污染情况提出了一系列控制方法并进行了展望。
