Pickering乳液模板法制备植物精油微胶囊的影响因素及活性研究进展Research Progress on Influencing Factors and Activity of Plant Essential Oil Microcapsules Prepared by Pickering Emulsion Template Method

摘要(Abstract):
以Pickering乳液为模板制备的植物精油微胶囊在结构稳定性、生物相容性等方面具有优势,可对植物精油进行缓释,控制释放速度,有效克服植物精油气味强烈、容易挥发、易被氧化等缺点。而Pickering乳液模板法制备植物精油微胶囊的机械强度、耐溶剂性等受多种因素的影响,文章着重介绍了Pickering乳液固体颗粒润湿性、固体颗粒浓度、芯壁材比、水相pH等因素对制备植物精油微胶囊以及Pickering乳液模板法对植物精油抗菌、抗氧化等生物活性的影响,并对Pickering乳液植物精油微胶囊的制备进行了展望。
