生化诱导物对法夫酵母发酵生产新科斯糖的影响Effect of Fungal and Chemical Elicitors on Neokestose Production by Xanthophyllomyces dendrorhous

摘要(Abstract):
以灵芝、平菇、秀珍菇、茶树菇制备真菌诱导子和金属离子、硝酸铈、氯化镉、茉莉酸甲酯制备化学诱导子,研究了其对法夫酵母生长和新科斯糖合成的影响。结果表明,真菌诱导子对法夫酵母菌体生长、新科斯糖合成有显著促进作用,化学诱导子对生长作用不一致但能促进新科斯糖的合成。灵芝、平菇、秀珍菇、茶树菇诱导子在添加量分别为10,20,5,10 mg/L时生物量最高,分别比对照组提高了12.50%、12.11%、7.81%和7.99%,灵芝、平菇、秀珍菇和茶树菇制备的诱导子在添加量分别为10,30,10,20 mg/L时新科斯糖含量最高,分别比对照提高了11.85%、15.08%、19.03%和9.87%;Mn~(2+)和Zn~(2+)能明显促进细胞生长,增强果糖基转移酶的活性,最佳浓度下,新科斯糖积累量增加了9.56%和5.18%,硝酸铈、氯化镉和茉莉酸甲酯诱导子在添加量分别为0.16,0.12,0.08 mg/L时新科斯糖含量最高,分别比对照组提高了9.97%、14.08%和5.91%。
