GC-MS分析四川主产地竹叶花椒的挥发性成分Analysis of Volatile Components from Zanthoxylum armatum DC.in Sichuan Province by GC-MS

摘要(Abstract):
目的:为研究四川不同产地竹叶花椒挥发性成分差异。方法:利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对四川22个主产地样品挥发性成分进行分离鉴定,应用相似度评价和主成分分析等多元统计方法进行分析。结果:鉴定出挥发性成分75种,其中共有成分11种,含量较高的共有成分有:芳樟醇、柠檬烯、侧柏烯,总相对含量超过82%,其在统计结果上呈现出有差异的两个类别,C1类样品的成分一共有37个,C2类一共有27个。C1类和C2类相对含量前三的均是芳樟醇、柠檬烯、侧柏烯,而C1类的芳樟醇、柠檬烯、侧柏烯平均相对含量均高于C2类。非共有成分中,C1类有乙酸芳樟酯,C2类有α-松油醇。结论:运用HS-GC-MS能快速获取竹叶花椒挥发性成分的化学组成信息,四川22个竹叶花椒种植区样品挥发性成分相似,但由于含量差别而呈现出具有差异的两个类别。在非共有成分中,乙酸芳樟酯和α-松油醇可能是区分两个类别的潜在化合物。
