汉麻叶黄酮成分及其抑菌活性分析Analysis of Flavonoids and Antimicrobial Activities of Hemp(Cannabis sativa L.)Leaves

摘要(Abstract):
采用TLC法,以7种黄酮成分为对照,分析黑龙江汉麻叶中黄酮成分;同时采用HPLC法对汉麻叶中所含黄酮成分加以确认;并采用抑菌活性实验观察汉麻叶的抑菌作用。结果表明,在汉麻叶中含有芦丁、槲皮素、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷、异牡荆素、牡荆素和木犀草素等黄酮成分;抑菌活性实验结果表明,汉麻叶对10种致病菌均有较好的抑制作用,尤其对3种食源性致病菌的抑菌效果较为明显。上述研究为开发汉麻叶黄酮成分奠定了基础。
