控释型植物精油微胶囊的制备及其机理研究现状Research Status of Preparation and Mechanism of Controlled-Release Plant Essential Oil Microcapsules

摘要(Abstract):
植物精油因其有抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎等生物活性具有重要的研究价值。然而,植物精油具有挥发性强、水溶性差、化学不稳定等缺点,限制了其广泛的应用。利用微胶囊技术将精油包埋起来,可以改善其挥发性、水不溶性和稳定性,从而提高其生物活性,还能实现精油对环境变化的智能释放,在精油领域有着巨大的应用前景。文章综述了典型的控释型精油微胶囊的制备技术和控制释放机理,以及控释型精油微胶囊在食品加工领域的应用,以期为控释型精油微胶囊在食品加工等领域的进一步研究与应用提供参考。
