食品安全监管信息透明度的国内外研究综述Research on the Transparency of Food Safety Supervision Information at Home and Abroad

摘要(Abstract):
提高食品安全监管信息透明度,可以抑制食品企业的不法行为、减少政府监管部门不作为的可能性并保障公众的知情权,进而实现食品安全监管的社会共治局面。文章首先总结了食品安全信息透明度的研究现状,之后基于集体声誉和参与式监管理论,分别总结了国内外关于政府食品安全监管信息透明度和公众参与食品安全监管信息透明度的研究成果,最后对已有的研究成果做出评述,并从中探寻出未来食品安全监管信息透明度的研究方向。
