天然调味香料葛缕子的研究进展及应用Research progress and application of natural food spice Carum carvi L

摘要(Abstract):
葛缕子是一种常见的食用香料,在食品工业中得到了广泛的应用。文章综述了葛缕子的应用范围,葛缕子精油的提取方法和理化性质,以及化学成分等方面的研究进展。此外,对葛缕子在食品调味和保鲜贮藏方面的应用前景进行了展望。
