摘要(Abstract):
食醋的生产历史悠久,是一种世界性的调味品,不仅具有丰富的营养价值,同时兼具医药保健功效。文章综述了食醋的发展史、生产工艺、营养成分以及保健功能的研究进展,重点介绍了食醋的医药保健功能及应用。
