香茅精油微胶囊的制备及表征分析Preparation and Characterization Analysis of Citronella Essential Oil Microcapsules

摘要(Abstract):
为了提高香茅精油的稳定性,以壳聚糖和三聚磷酸钠为壁材,采用离子交联法制备香茅精油微胶囊。通过粒度分布仪、扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱、热重分析仪对其表征进行分析,并研究了其包埋率、抑菌和抗氧化活性以及不同条件下的释放性能。结果表明,香茅精油微胶囊包埋率为92.24%,呈小球状,表面光滑,有团聚现象。粒径大小呈正态分布,在50~150 nm之间均一性较好。香茅精油微胶囊具有较强的抑菌和抗氧化作用,且作用效果具有一定的剂量依赖性。香茅精油经微胶囊包埋后,热稳定性和挥发性得到改善。
