低共熔溶剂协同超声辅助提取辣椒素的工艺优化Optimization of Process of Deep Eutectic Solvent Combined with Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction of Capsaicin

摘要(Abstract):
为探讨辣椒素的高效、绿色提取方法,该研究采用低共熔溶剂协同超声辅助提取技术,以辣椒素提取量为考察指标,在筛选低共熔溶剂组合的基础上,通过单因素试验和响应面法对低共熔溶剂含水量、提取时间、提取温度、液料比等关键参数进行优化。结果表明,以摩尔比为1∶1的甜菜碱和DL-苹果酸为提取溶剂,在提取时间为52 min、提取温度为46℃、液料比为45∶1、低共熔溶剂含水量为32%的条件下,辣椒素提取量达到4.01 mg/g,较传统乙醇法提升47.43%。该方法绿色、环保,可为辣椒素的高效提取提供科学参考。
