摘要(Abstract):
非分蜜糖不仅是日常生活的甜味剂,在中国的传统中也被认为是保健品。在收集和整理相关资料的基础上,着重对非分蜜糖的结晶原理、制备工艺和其功效进行较为全面的介绍,以期为非分蜜糖的生产提供一定的理论基础。
