红糖营养成分评估与健康功效研究进展Research Progress of Nutritional Assessment and Health Functions of Brown Sugar

摘要(Abstract):
红糖是一种传统糖品,在我国有着上千年的饮用习惯,同时也是一种非分蜜糖,保留了甘蔗中的诸多营养成分。文章通过调研国内外文献,对国内的红糖以及世界范围内非分蜜糖的营养成分(包括矿物质、维生素、酚类、氨基酸、脂肪醇等)进行了整理与评估,同时综述了红糖以及非分蜜糖的潜在健康功效,以期为更深入地阐述红糖的营养与功效提供支撑。
