GPC净化高效液相色谱法测定辣椒粉中苏丹红Determination of Sudan Red in Chili Powder after Purification with GPC by HPLC

摘要(Abstract):
文章中建立了通过GPC净化处理,应用高效液相色谱法检测辣椒粉中苏丹红的实验方法。样品经乙酸乙酯/环己烷(1∶1)提取,通过GPC分离净化,浓缩后用乙腈定容,以0.1%甲酸的水溶液和乙腈(85∶15)以及0.1%甲酸的乙腈溶液和丙酮(80∶20)作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,经高效液相色谱分离,紫外检测器测定,外标法定量。该方法在0.05~5.0mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为88.1%~98.1%,相对标准偏差为0.90%~4.02%,检出限为0.0054~0.0088mg/kg。该方法精密度好,灵敏度高,能简便、快速、准确地测定辣椒粉中的苏丹红(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ)残留量。
