甲基营养型芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定及其广谱抗菌性能初步研究Isolation and Identification of Bacillus methylotrophicus and Preliminary Study on Its Broad-spectrum Antibacterial Activity

摘要(Abstract):
采用形态学观察、生理生化分析、质谱及分子技术对从土壤中分离的一株芽孢杆菌SX09的分类学特征进行了检测,初步确定该菌株为一株甲基营养型芽孢杆菌(Bacillus methylotrophicus)。以5株食源性致病菌和3株霉菌为供试菌株,采用牛津杯扩散法检测了菌株SX09在马铃薯葡萄糖水培养基中无菌发酵滤液对8株菌的抑制作用,结果表明菌株SX09对供试的细菌和真菌均有明显的抑制作用,因此推测菌株SX09可能为一株广谱抑菌的芽孢杆菌。菌株SX09在未来食品加工和生物防治领域具有潜在的应用价值。
