摘要(Abstract):
葡聚糖是原糖精炼过程中的重要问题,其存在会影响整个生产过程和产品质量。文章简介了原糖精炼生产过程中的葡聚糖,包括其来源及性质等,并论述了葡聚糖对原糖精炼生产各环节(蜜洗、澄清过滤、脱色、蒸发、煮糖等)及产品质量的负面影响,总结了常见降低其负面影响的方法,以期为葡聚糖高效清除、提高精炼效率及产品质量提供指导。
