复凝聚法制备精油微胶囊的研究进展Research Progress on Preparation of Essential Oil Microcapsules by Complex Coacervation

摘要(Abstract):
为了解决精油易挥发、易被氧化的问题,研究出许多方法对其进行微胶囊化,包括物理机械法、物理化学法、化学法。物理化学法中的复凝聚法是最常用、最温和的方法,并且复凝聚法制备的精油微胶囊对芯材具有良好的保护作用,可以达到控释和缓释的效果,具有更好的耐热性和防潮性,从而可以在高温和高湿的环境中保存且不易发生变质。文章综述了复凝聚法的发展史、壁材的选择和近几年制备的精油微胶囊实例,为未来精油微胶囊的发展奠定了基础。
