黑果腺肋花楸多酚类物质超声波辅助提取工艺的优化Study on Ultrasonic Extraction of Polyphenols in Black Chokeberrys

摘要(Abstract):
以黑果腺肋花楸为原料,采用超声波辅助乙醇提取法从黑果腺肋花楸中提取多酚物质,并使用福林酚法测定多酚含量。通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究料液比、温度、乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声功率对多酚得率的影响。试验结果表明:最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度50%、温度40℃、料液比1∶5、超声时间40min、超声功率500 W、多酚得率0.836%。
