摘要(Abstract):
洋葱挥发油具备潜在的生物活性,在食品及医药领域有一定的应用前景。文章总结了不同地域、不同提取方法所得洋葱挥发油的具体化学组成;并且介绍了洋葱挥发油的抑菌及抗氧化活性;分析了挥发油具备相应生物活性的物质基础。
