一株能产类胡萝卜素的粘性红酵母的分离与鉴定Isolation and Identification of a Carotenoids Producing Strain of Rhodotorula mucilaginosa

摘要(Abstract)：
通过YPD液体培养基富集培养和稀释涂YPD琼脂平板从苹果皮上分离一株产类胡萝卜素的酵母WP3。基于形态学,生理生化和18SrDNA,ITS区和26SrDNA D1/D2区序列分析确定这株酵母为粘性红酵母(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa)。
