金针菇与杏鲍菇混合发酵条件的探究Study on Mixed Fermentation Conditions of Flammulina velutiper and Pleurotus eryngii

摘要(Abstract):
为了探究金针菇与杏鲍菇混合发酵的条件,从而更好地利用金针菇与杏鲍菇的营养,采用单因素试验法以胞外多糖产生量和菌丝体生物量为指标,探究金针菇和杏鲍菇混合发酵培养时的最适碳源、最适氮源、最适无机盐、最适温度、最适转速,然后通过正交试验法找出碳源、氮源和无机盐的最适配比。结果表明,金针菇和杏鲍菇混合发酵液培养的优化条件为在基本液体培养基中加入蛋白胨2%,麦芽糖2%,FeSO_40.5%,KH_2PO_43.6%,最适温度26℃,最适转速110r/min。
