摘要(Abstract):
类胡萝卜素(carotenoids)是一种存在于水果、蔬菜中的天然活性成分,广泛应用于饲料、食品、化妆品和制药等行业中。文章重点探讨了类胡萝卜素提取前的预处理、溶剂的选择以及用于类胡萝卜素提取的各种常规和非常规方法,包括索氏提取、加速溶剂萃取(ASE)、超临界流体萃取(SFE)、酶辅助提取(EAE)和超声辅助提取(UAE)等,为类胡萝卜素的提取、应用提供了理论参考。
