固相萃取-超高效液相色谱质谱法测定液体乳中爱德万甜Determination of Advantame in Liquid Milk by SPE-UPLC-MS/MS

摘要(Abstract):
建立了HLB固相萃取(SPE)净化-超高效液相色谱/串联三重四级杆质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)测定液体乳中新型食品添加剂爱德万甜的方法。样品提取液经Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,以乙腈-甲酸水溶液为流动相,用高效液相色谱进行分离后,通过电喷雾正离子(ESI+)模式电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:爱德万甜在1~1000ng/mL浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9992,方法的检出限为2μg/kg。爱德万甜在不同类型液体乳中的加标回收率范围为90%~116%,相对标准偏差为0.21%~1.59%(n=6)。该方法准确可靠、灵敏度高,适用于液体乳中爱德万甜的测定。
