六种非能量型甜味剂的检测方法的研究现状Research Progress on Detection Methods of Six Kinds of Non-energy Sweeteners

摘要(Abstract):
非能量型甜味剂指的是不产能或产生很少能量的甜味剂,它们不参与人体的代谢吸收,适合于包括糖尿病患者在内的所有人群。研究分别介绍了甜蜜素、糖精、安赛蜜、纽甜、阿力甜以及三氯蔗糖这六种非能量型甜味剂的检测方法,并针对当前国内外甜味剂市场发展的状况指出了其不足与发展方向。
