纳米材料在食品行业中的应用进展Application Progress of Nanomaterials in the Food Industry

摘要(Abstract):
纳米科学突飞猛进,提供了大量不同的纳米结构和纳米复合物。纳米材料由于具有优异的理化生物性能,备受各行业宠爱。文章对纳米材料在食品分析(包括亚硫酸盐、重金属、H_2O_2、有机磷农药、抗生素、抗氧化剂、食源性致病菌、调味品中违法添加剂)和食品包装中的应用进行分析,为纳米材料与食品行业更好融合提供了参考。
