响应面法优化超声波提取橘皮黄色素的工艺研究Study on Optimization of Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction Process of Yellow Pigment from Orange Peel by Response Surface Methodology

摘要(Abstract):
采用超声波法提取橘皮黄色素,以黄色素的吸光度为指标,确定在超声提取色素的过程中乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声温度和超声时间的最优值,并在此基础上进行响应面试验,以确定提取橘皮黄色素的最优工艺条件。该试验以无水乙醇作为提取溶剂,经响应面优化得到最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶10,乙醇体积分数71%,超声时间18 min,超声温度71℃,该工艺条件下提取液的吸光度值为0.759,与响应面预测的最优值0.770基本吻合,通过验证试验可得出采取响应面法优化超声波提取橘皮中黄色素效果最佳。
