摘要(Abstract)：

芫荽精油是从芫荽茎叶或果实中提取出来的一种气味芳香的挥发油。其化学成分复杂，药理作用广泛，具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗焦虑、消炎镇痛等功效，被广泛用于医药、食品、化妆品等领域。近年来，随着芫荽精油被不断开发应用，芫荽精油的研究范围越来越广。文章主要综述了芫荽精油的提取方法、化学成分、生物活性的研究现状，并对其研究进行展望，以期为芫荽精油产业的发展提供理论参考。
