二乙胺滴定法测定辣根及芥末制品中异硫氰酸酯含量的研究Titrimetric method for quantitative determination of the isothiocyanates with diethy amine

摘要(Abstract)：
本文报道了测定辣根及芥末制品中异硫氰酸酯含量的一种新方法--二乙胺滴定法。异硫氰酸酯与二乙胺在丙酮溶液中发生均相反应,生成相应的硫脲,过量的二乙胺用标准盐酸滴定,从而计算出异硫氰酸酯的含量。通过与哌啶法、吗啉法的对比实验,表明该法准确可靠、简便易行。
