淀粉基姜黄素膜的制备及性能研究Study on the Preparation and Properties of Starch-Agar Curcumin Film

摘要(Abstract):
为探究姜黄素对多糖复合材料性能的影响,该研究以淀粉、琼脂为基材,与姜黄素复配形成不同配比的膜,分析其成膜性、微观结构、红外吸收光谱、力学性能、耐水性、亲水性及颜色稳定性。结果表明,淀粉基姜黄素(SAC)膜微观结构均一、致密,无相分离;成膜分子化学性质没有改变,可能形成了以氢键为主的非共价键的结合;添加适量姜黄素可提升SAC膜的力学性能,对其整体的耐水性和亲水性影响不大;色差检测表明成膜性良好,颜色稳定。综上,姜黄素适用于多糖成膜体系,该研究将为天然色素在多糖复合材料中的进一步研究提供理论依据。
