快速溶剂萃取法在灵芝多糖提取中的应用Application of Fast Solvent Extraction Method in the Extraction of Polysaccharide from Ganoderma lucidum

摘要(Abstract):
以灵芝子实体为原料,采用单因素及正交试验系统研究快速溶剂萃取法提取灵芝多糖的工艺条件,同时采用高效毛细管电泳法分析灵芝多糖的单糖组成成分。结果显示:快速溶剂萃取法提取灵芝多糖的最佳工艺参数为提取温度110℃,提取压力90Pa,提取时间20min,循环2次。单糖组成分析表明灵芝多糖中含葡萄糖、甘露糖和半乳糖的物质的量之比为2.8063∶1.0000∶2.1910。
