一种用于食醋识别的新型便携式电子鼻A Novel Portable Electronic Nose for Vinegar Identification

摘要(Abstract):
研究开发了一种新型的用于食醋识别的便携式电子鼻。该电子鼻基于顶空采样原理,包含1个微处理单元、控制电路、显示屏和1个自制8阵列气体传感器。电子鼻尺寸为6.0cm×2.5cm,总量仅50g。应用该电子鼻对5种商业食醋进行了测量,采用主成分分析法(PCA)对电子鼻信号进行了分析,应用人工神经网络(ANN)对5种食醋进行识别,识别率为100%。研究表明该新型电子鼻能实现对食醋在线、快速、准确的测量。
