一株谷胱甘肽高产荧光假单胞菌的分离与鉴定Isolation and Identification of a Psedomonas sp. Strain with High-yield Glutathione

摘要(Abstract):
根据荧光假单胞菌在紫外光照射下发荧光的性质,从不同植物根部土壤中分离到12株疑似荧光假单胞菌株。再以基于假单胞菌属基因gshB而设计的保守引物进行PCR,有3株菌PCR呈阳性。比较这3株菌的谷胱甘肽(GSH)产量,得到1株高产谷胱甘肽菌株,命名为BJYG12。通过生理生化鉴定和16SrDNA同源性比较,将其鉴定为Pseudomonas sp.,归属荧光假单胞菌组。
