二维液相色谱在食品检测方面的应用进展Application Progress of Two-Dimensional Liquid Chromatography in Food Detection

摘要(Abstract):
色谱技术在食品分离分析方面应用广泛。随着食品工业的发展,对现代分析技术提出了更高要求,二维液相色谱在揭示食品复杂基质组成、提供高分离能力和未知调味化合物识别方面具有明显优势。二维液相色谱通过将两个独立的色谱分离过程组合到一起实现。文章首先介绍了二维液相色谱技术,然后对二维液相色谱在食品溯源和安全、食品质量和添加剂、食品营养和健康方面的应用展开了讨论。随着技术的发展,二维液相色谱在食品分离分析方面的应用价值将会持续增大。
