五台山花椒中金属元素含量的测定Determination on Content of Metallic Elements in Chinese Prickly Ash of Wutaishan

摘要(Abstract):
研究五台山花椒中金属元素的含量,探究微波消解五台山花椒的最佳条件,并采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定其中的钙、镁、钾、锌、锰、铅、铜、铬、铁、镉10种金属元素的含量。结果表明:微波最佳消解条件是消解液为5.00mL浓HNO3和3.00mL 30%H2O2,功率为500 W,程序升温为100℃5min、130℃10min、160℃15min、180℃25min 4个阶段。五台山花椒、花椒籽和花椒皮中各元素精密度RSD<4.88%,花椒中常量元素中钙含量最多,为9326mg/kg,其次是钾和镁,含量分别为2018mg/kg和1948mg/kg;微量元素中铁的含量最高,为199.2mg/kg,锰、铜和锌的含量次之,含量分别为24.95,21.87,17.61mg/kg;而重金属元素中不含镉,铬的含量为0.225mg/kg,铅的含量为1.60mg/kg,符合GB 2762-2017。各元素回收率在95.8%~104.4%之间,测定结果准确。因此,该方法适用于五台山花椒金属元素的测定。
