利用双酶法定向合成右旋糖酐现状研究Progress Research on Dextran by Double Enzymatic Directional Synthesis

摘要(Abstract):
右旋糖酐被广泛应用于医学、化工、食品等行业,是备受关注的糖类之一。其传统工艺是经微生物发酵所得,分子量排布较广,尤其中小分子量含量少,杂质较多,粘度大,后期处理过程繁琐。酶法合成多糖被认为是安全且有效的合成途径,但由于单酶合成所得的右旋糖酐分子量不易于控制,故文章以制备右旋糖酐为出发点,综述了双酶法定向合成右旋糖酐及其应用研究,为右旋糖酐的生产提供了新的理论支持。
