石榴皮提取物指纹图谱的建立及指标成分含量测定Establishment of Fingerprint of Pomegranate Peel Extracts and Determination of Content of Index Components

摘要(Abstract):
为建立石榴皮提取物的指纹图谱及指标成分含量测定的高效液相色谱方法,为石榴皮提取物质量控制提供参考,文章采用高效液相色谱法建立石榴皮提取物指纹图谱,并通过相似度评价结合化学计量法分析10个批次石榴皮提取物的质量差异,同时以安石榴苷和鞣花酸作为指标成分建立含量测定方法。结果表明,建立10个批次石榴皮提取物指纹图谱,共28个共有峰,其中8号峰为α-安石榴苷,13号峰为β-安石榴苷,28号峰为鞣花酸,S2、S4、S10 3个批次的石榴皮提取物的相似度<0.9,聚类分析将10个批次石榴皮提取物分为5类,通过VIP值筛选确定安石榴苷和鞣花酸为主要差异性指标成分,测得安石榴苷和鞣花酸含量分别为28.80~288.90 mg/g和6.12~17.73 mg/g。该研究建立的指纹图谱及含量测定方法可为石榴皮提取物质量控制与评价提供参考。
