超滤、离子交换结合固体酸水解工艺在甘蔗最终糖蜜制备转化糖浆中的应用研究Application of Ultrafiltration,Ion Exchange and Solid Acid Hydrolysis in the Preparation of Inverted Syrup from Sugarcane Final Molasses

摘要(Abstract):
将糖蜜稀释5倍后在0.16MPa的跨膜压力下可获得最佳超滤效果,在1.5BV/h的流速下可获得最佳离子交换效果。经过清净处理后样品的吸光度和电导率都大幅度降低。再采用强酸型阳离子交换树脂对真空浓缩制得的液体糖中的蔗糖进行酸水解,以蔗糖转化率和还原糖得率为指标,通过单因素及正交实验优化得出最佳酸水解参数为:树脂添加量4mL,温度80℃,反应时间30min。最后经过真空浓缩制得的转化糖浆的主要理化指标基本满足了QB/T 4093-2010对转换糖浆的要求,其中还原糖含量达98.9%(占干物质),显示了很好的应用前景。
