陶瓷膜过滤甘蔗汁浓缩液透析回收糖分实验研究Experimental Study on Dialysis and Recovery of Sugar by Ceramic Membrane Filtration of Sugarcane Juice Concentrate

摘要(Abstract):
膜(陶瓷膜)法绿色制糖工艺会产生较多的膜滤浓缩液,为回收其中的蔗糖分,研究采用稀释透析的方式来处理浓缩液。研究结果表明:向浓缩液中加入相同体积的渗透水,并获得相同体积的渗透液时,连续透析过程的糖分回收率要比分段透析高;分段透析的膜渗透通量虽然比连续透析大,但是当达到相同的糖分回收率时,分段透析所需投入膜设备的面积(处理浓缩液)却比连续透析大;采用连续透析的方式处理陶瓷膜过滤甘蔗汁产生的浓缩液,当加入渗透水的体积为浓缩液体积的2~3倍时,糖分回收率可达98.4%~99.4%。
