不完全消解-高分辨连续光源石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定蔗糖中镉和铅Determination of Cadmium and Lead in Sugar by Non-Complete Digestion-High Resolution Continuum Source Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

摘要(Abstract):
建立了不完全消解-高分辨连续光源石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定蔗糖中Cd,Pb的方法。试验选择不完全消解作为样品的前处理方式,比较了几种常用的基体改进剂,发现磷酸二氢铵的影响显著,并且对吸收峰的峰形有显著改善。测定蔗糖中Cd,Pb分别为2.75,107.3ng/g,检出限分别为0.073,0.935ng/mL,加标回收率分别为94.3%,96.2%,本法的精密度(RSD)均小于4.0%。该方法快速、准确、稳定、污染少,具有较高的实用价值,为食品中多元素检测提供了科学依据。
