响应面优化山桐子油制备共轭亚油酸的工艺研究Optimization of Preparation of Conjugated Linoleic Acid from Idesia polycarpa Maxim. Oil by Response Surface Methodology

摘要(Abstract):
亚油酸(LA)在高温和碱性条件下可以异构化为共轭亚油酸(CLA)。文章以微波辅助加热,氢氧化钠为碱,丙二醇为溶剂,单因素试验与响应面法相结合的分析技术,探索了以山桐子油为原料制备共轭亚油酸的工艺条件。应用红外分光光度法和紫外分光光度法对制备的共轭亚油酸进行定性及定量分析,确定最佳工艺条件为丙二醇和LA的质量比4∶1、LA和NaOH的质量比2∶1、反应温度163℃,得到共轭亚油酸的纯度为(93.78±1.86)%,产率为(89.15±1.28)%。
